Our policy regarding order cancellation and refunds
Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team with your order details.
If an order is cancelled within the allowed time frame, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images of the product.
After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
Certain items may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene, customization, or clearance sale reasons. Such items will be clearly marked as Non-Refundable on the product page.
